MCOT (Mobile Crisis Outreach Team)
A team made up of mental health professionals who help adults and children having a mental health crisis. Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week anywhere someone needs help – at home, work or school, in clinics, or on the streets. A person in crisis might be hearing or seeing things that are not real or be in danger of injuring themselves. Services include mental health support for up to 90 days and care plans to help keep people safe. Clients are also connected to other Integral Care programs and local resources for ongoing care and recovery support. MCOT also works with police and EMS.

Lone Star Circle of Care – Behavioral Health Services
Lone Star Circle of Care provides behavioral health services for patients of all ages, from seniors and adults to adolescents and children typically age 4 and up. A range of behavioral health professionals are available, including psychiatrists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and therapists. Behavioral health appointments can be virtual or in person.
You do not have to be insured to receive care at Lone Star Circle of Care. Uninsured patients undergo a screening process prior to their first appointment to determine eligibility for the Sliding Fee Discount Program as well as other public assistance health care programs. Staff will also help you apply to these assistance programs. No patient is ever denied services based on an inability to pay.

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective
Member therapists provide affordable, in-office and online services. Depending on the therapist, individual, group, couple, and family services are available for all ages.
Psychotherapy sessions cost between $40 and $70 ($30 for student intern sessions). A lifetime membership costs $65, which allows for clients to work with any Open Path therapist for as long as there is financial need.

Starting point for people experiencing homelessness in Austin because it includes a variety of services and resources:

Texas Drug Card is the state’s free prescription assistance program. While providing uninsured residents with savings up to 80% on medications, Texas Drug Card also provides comparable savings to those with insurance on their non-covered medications. This program is available to all Texans and there are no enrollment fees, qualifications, or waiting periods. All cards are pre-activated and do not expire. In partnership with with Integral Care, provides primary health care to public school students attending Manor ISD. This school-based program increases access to high-quality primary care for school-aged children and their younger siblings. Provides healthcare for the uninsured based on a sliding scale. The sliding fee is determined based on household income and size.

MCOT (Mobile Crisis Outreach Team)
A team made up of mental health professionals who help adults and children having a mental health crisis. Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week anywhere someone needs help – at home, work or school, in clinics, or on the streets. A person in crisis might be hearing or seeing things that are not real or be in danger of injuring themselves. Services include mental health support for up to 90 days and care plans to help keep people safe. Clients are also connected to other Integral Care programs and local resources for ongoing care and recovery support. MCOT also works with police and EMS.
