More than 75 Austin business leaders attended Breakthrough’s Corporate Partners Luncheon on September 13, hosted by Silicon Labs. Chaired by Michele Walker-Moak of Applied Materials and moderated by Bill Bock of Silicon Labs, the event featured a panel of diverse companies who have implemented corporate philanthropic strategies to share their corporate giving and employee engagement models with local up-and-coming businesses, looking to develop or refine their corporate philanthropic strategy.

The luncheon highlighted a variety of charitable giving models, as well as entrepreneurs, community relations executives and their companies. The goal was to provide meaningful discussion and shared appreciation of innovation by introducing emerging businesses to various strategies and best practices on how to develop a philanthropic model that is effective and fulfilling for both parties.

Special thanks to our panelists: Jen Alessandra, SolarWinds; Stephen Day, Navidar; Nikki Graham, Bank of America; Patrick Rose, Corridor Title; and Amity Courtois, Give Realty.
